Professional chef with over 15 years of experience from fine dining in the United States to Paris and the French countryside. I have run small, convivial restaurants to Michelin-starred kitchens and everything in between. I have cooked all over the world from New York to Vilnius to Bangkok.

CONSULTANT

Since 2020, I have work along side major brands, in the development of their culinary concepts, from the creation of a menu to the complete implementation of a food concept.

EVENTS

I specialize in creating unique, custom experiences in almost any setting, from dinners at your home, your office, or the countryside, to larger events, public or private. Whether it is a simple, relaxed moment or a high-end gastronomic experience, I am happy to create a memorable culinary experience.

TEACHER

The transmission of culinary knowledge is one of my passions, one which I have cultivated during my career. I have since parlayed my passion for teaching into culinary classes for the public, collaborating as a teacher and consultant for the prestigious “l’Ecole Cordon Bleu” in Paris, KEDGE business school in Paris and Bordeaux, and in creating courses that bring together the world of wine and gastronomy.
